Based upon the attendees, He adapts and adjusts the class to improve the benefits of utilizing the reformer as well as other devices in the studio. After a few months of being a member I can say I am THRILLED. Also they offer quality of child care if you become a Member to Forma Gym. I honestly feel like for the price of my gym membership my 2 year old is getting 2 hours of preschool. No prior experience is necessary. We offer beginner-friendly and inclusive classes, and our instructors will guide you through proper technique and equipment use.

Wear form-fitting, comfortable athletic clothing. Grip socks are recommended. Avoid clothing with zippers or bulky seams.

Just bring yourself and a water bottle. We provide reformers, props, and cleaning supplies. Grip socks are recommended.

You can book classes through our app or by contacting the studio. Advance booking is recommended, as class sizes are limited.

For safety reasons, we do not allow entry more than 5 minutes after class starts. Please plan to arrive early.
